I tried to boot my ISO several more times (at least 15 times), as I saw suggested in the comments, to no avail. So earlier today, I load up Dios Mios Lite, I finally get it to recognize my 20XX ISO (while following all of the instructions provided) and I now I'm near the promise land, I know I've got my fingertips on the prize, but I hold back hope, because I know the score.Īnd, with a frustrated sigh I looked on in sorrow as my father's ol' faithful big ass CRT flashed green, and then went to a black screen, where it stayed, just as stoic as I was, until I mustered up the energy to drag myself to my Wii, and hit the "off" button (energy that probably would have been better spent thinking up a swift, painless suicide that would relieve me of this hellish Nintendo-nightmare) I tried out my 20XX ISO a couple weeks ago while waiting for my second Wii to come in, and it worked fine, I was having quite a bit of fun with it, despite playing Melee at 30% speed. I installed Dios Mios Lite, I even installed Nintendont as a backup plan. Sigh It's been obstacle after obstacle on my road to 20XX, an ordeal that started with purchasing a Wii that didn't actually come with Gamecube ports.Īlright, so I've been at this all day, and despite numerous hiccups, I've finally made it to the final stage. Here is a picture of my games folder and how it is setup ( ) - There are 2 iso's because the 1st one was when I originally setup the iso, and then the second one was when I tried to use nintendont, however I couldnt get nintendont to find my iso. Here is a what my root looks like ( ) I tried using Nintendont but everytime it says there is nothing in the games folder (TO CLARIFY I can get nintendont to run fine, but when I click sd card when it asks where to look It says there is nothing there. I tried using wiiflow, but that just has an error pop up when I try to run it and it restarts. I tried reinstalling numerous times, I even tried installing regular DiosMios, which reads the sd card but always goes to a black screen after I click on the iso. When I use DiosMioslite, it shows up (melee.iso) but when I click on it I get the "Fatal error apploader size is zero!" Everytime. I have the "copy to sd files" on the sd card, along with a games folder that houses the iso, which is built and ready. I'm trying to boot the hackpack from my SD card. So I followed all the steps and I'm having just a ton of trouble getting it to work.
